皆さんの中には、「忙しくてそんなことやっている暇はない！」という方も多いのではないかな。 確かに、忙しいときに自分の身の回りも、オフィス全体も、となると大変だよね。 そんな皆さんにお勧めするのは「週に1回の整理整頓タイム」の実施だよ。 朝礼など皆さんが集まる機会に10分や15分程度でも、整理整頓する時間を作ってみてほしいんだ。 整理整頓を繰り返し行うことで、常日頃から整理整頓ができている状態になれば、年度末に慌てる必要はもうないよ！ この整理整頓タイムのポイントは、「皆さんが集まる機会に定期的に行う」ということ。 整理整頓タイムの使い方を「個人の自由」としてしまうと、実施しない人も出てくるため、試み自体が失敗してしまう場合もあるから 注意が必要だよ。 机の上は、頭の中を表しているとも言われてるんだ。 つまり、「机がゴチャゴチャしている」＝「考えがまとまっていない」ってことだね。 仕事が忙しい時に机の上に書類が多くなるとか、皆さんも思い当たるんじゃないかな？ 机の上が整理整頓ができている人は、考えもまとまっている人だから、業務効率も良く「仕事ができる人」だと言えるんだね。
